No Refund Policy

1. Policy Summary

All subscription payments made to ShortVox are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans and billing events unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Billing Cycles

ShortVox offers monthly and annual billing. When your subscription renews (monthly or annually), charges are non-refundable for that billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at time of purchase.

Cancelling your plan prevents future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the already-paid billing cycle.

3. Partial Usage and Unused Credits

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused quota, unused credits, or inactivity during a billing cycle.

4. Charge Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
